An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional, forward thinking, Clinical Governance Officer (Admin) to work within the NHS Golden Jubilee Clinical Governance department.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance Department encompassing diary management and minute taking.  In working as part of the department administrative function the post holder will support dedicated meeting.

This post is located within the Clinical Governance Department.  The Clinical Governance Department supports services in the delivery of safe, effective and person centred care with two teams and an administrative function.  Aligned specifically to the Deputy Head of Risk and Clinical Governance, the post holder will make a contribution to this agenda by supporting effective administration and directly supporting clinical governance activity. 

Educated to EDCL level or equivalent, you will have a business administration and/or information management/technology proficiency.  You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to communicate with colleagues across the hospital.

You will also have excellent data analysis and data collection skills, and have a demonstrable organisational and time management skills, with an ability to demonstrate the organisations principles of safe, effective and person centeredness. 

This role will be required to work a pattern of set days to be agreed with the successful candidate.
