We have an exciting opportunity for a project based Learning and Development Advisor to join our team which provides a customer focused corporate learning service.  We are looking for someone who loves learning and helping others to learn. This part time post (18hours per week) is covering maternity leave for a period of 28 weeks.

The job holder will provide dedicated learning and developmental support within the board with a deep understanding of the full training cycle, including needs assessment, design, development and implementation of project based learning and development resources including, but not limited to, developing and delivering a manager development programme and embedding our staff appraisal system.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a learning and development setting. With experience of designing, delivering and evaluating high impact learning and development programmes (virtual, face to face).
