An excellent job opportunity has arisen within the Digital / eHealth Dept. of NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital. As a servicedesk call handler, you will play a key role in the support of the eHealth/Digital Services within the Board. Which comprises of the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Research Institute, Innovation Centre & Conference Hotel.

You will be part of the IT Service Desk Team and provide 1st Line Support resource addressing user problems and logging incidents and requests through the Service Desk application. Carry out routine support tasks in line with Departmental standards and procedures.

Applicants must be educated in a related computing subject or demonstrate relevant experience in field based support. Excellent communication skills are essential, in addition to working well as part of a larger team.
