**INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY**
The focus of this post is the supervision of food services for patient and visitor catering services to all customers, patients, departments and business tenants within the hospital, adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations at all times.
Working as part of a team on a 4 week rotational rota you will supervise the delivery of a quality patient and visitor focused service. You will have training and supervisory experience in same or similar role.
Ability to make judgements on your own. Manage time effectively for yourself and your team. Ability to carry out one to one meetings with your team. Ability to conduct relevant training for your team.
Other tasks as per Job Description.
Applicants must have knowledge of NHS Golden Jubilee Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, and ensure your team adhere to these.
Applicants must have an in date Food Hygiene Certificate.
