The Opportunity

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our highly talented and growing team in the Health and Social Care domain, to collaborate and problem-solve some of the most complex challenges and contribute to the successful release of new and innovative software.

Working within the Product & Delivery Business Unit (Test Team) you will have the opportunity to be involved throughout the development lifecycle of our products and highlight risks that will directly inform the development and delivery of digital services for health and care professionals, and the general public.

What We Love to See

Test Analysts offer a broad range of skills and experience, if you can offer some or all of these, we’d love you to apply:

  • Ability to evaluate and provide information about the product to allow stakeholders to make informed decisions about key risk areas throughout the product lifecycle

  • Ability to understand and document complex business processes to aid in the design and execution of tests that explore and uncover unknown risks  

  • Substantial experience of exploratory, functional, browser, accessibility, security, usability, and regression testing

  • Confidence and experience of exploring SQL dBs’ and data/reports testing (Power BI)

  • Highly effective communicator knowing how to make complex technical information and language simple for diverse internal and external stakeholders (both verbally and in writing)

  • An ambition to constantly learn and improve

  • Use of strong critical and out of the box thinking, experimenting and investigating systems to support quality assurance activities

  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary

  • Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines
