Catering Administration Assistant, 25 hours 5 days per week.

We are looking to recruit to our team and experience administration assistant.


You will be required to complete general Administration duties in line with the department requirements. Experience in administration required together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is also a key part of this role. Knowledge of NHS system such as Pecos/NCIS systems would be an advantage.

You should posess the ability to work as part of a team and also on your own.

Good Keyboard/computer skills are required.

Otherduties include -.

Printing off menus as required.

Filing of H&S and other paperwork relating to the department.

Responding and booking hospitality requests.

Answering queries from other departments

Calling in or online ordering of stock items as required.
