The main focus of this post is the fresh on site preparation and cooking of the provision of patient and visitor catering services to all customers, patients, departments and
business tenants within the hospital, adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations at all times.
You must have knowledge and experience around the Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, all of which will be monitored by your Team Leaders.
You must evidence previous experience of professional cookery to enable your application to be taken further, in same or similar establishment.
You must have an up to date Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
Hours will be 5 days over 7 between 7.00am and 7.00pm on a rota system.
