Are you a passionate Recruitment professional looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for an individual who will be able to collaborate with hiring managers across the organisation providing a high quality, customer focus, responsive end to end recruitment service.

You will have strong customer focus with evidence of developing and delivering proactive solutions to a variety of different situations throughout all stages of recruitment. We have an expectation that you will have previous experience, ideally in a Healthcare Setting, along with an understanding of the NHS Scotland terms and conditions. Experience of enhanced pre-employment checks is vital.

You will not only have an extensive experience in a recruitment environment but will also have a background in Healthcare, preferably NHS, with experience of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, you will also have previously managed a team to deliver excellent service to all parts of the organisation.

This post is fixed term for up to 12 months to cover for maternity leave. Secondment opportunities would be considered.

The role is based at NHS Golden Jubilee in Clydebank and while we do have some hybrid working there is an expectation that you will work in the Hospital for up to 3 days per week depending on business need.

Normal office hours will apply but there will also be a requirement to work flexible work patterns where there is a need.
