An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Support Officer. This postholder will be a key member of the HR team, providing administration and project support, in addition to providing routine guidance to all stakeholders.

You will ideally have a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent experience in an HR environment. You must be experienced in using a variety of systems and databases, extracting workforce information to produce reports which provide insightful workforce metrics. This postholder will also have responsibility for the co-ordination of Agenda for Change Job Evaluation within the Board, overseeing all Job Evaluation activity.

Excellent communication and people management skills together with a solution focused approach are essential for this role.
