An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven individual to join our existing team as an Administration Co-ordinator within Occupational Health. You will work as a key member of our Occupational Health team in the delivery of a professional and comprehensive Occupational Health service within the Board at a time of growth. The role will involve providing an efficient and effective administration service to the Occupational Health team, including general office duties, arranging meeting venues, coordinating diaries for Occupational Health Nurses, arranging and rescheduling clinical appointments and maintaining/ordering office supplies.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of desktop computer systems including software packages. Previous NHS administrative experience would be advantageous although not compulsory, as full training will be provided. You should have excellent organisational skills together with a positive approach and the ability to work effectively within a small but busy team whilst adapting to the diverse and variable demands on our service.
