An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified finance professional who is self-motivated and wants to be part of a dynamic Financial Management department.

This post will be accountable to the Deputy Director of Finance for the successful delivery of robust, accurate and timely analytical information in order to meet both internal and external requirements.

We are seeking someone who will bring innovation and imagination to the role to ensure that it is a modern, effective and fit for purpose service during this period of significant change and beyond.

Crucial to the role will be the ability to take responsibility for critical elements of the delivery of NHS Golden Jubilee’s Financial Plan and Reporting strategy and will take a role in the delivery of best practice.

In addition, you will be working towards our vision to be better every day through excellence, compassion and expertise in all we do.

Ideally, you will have a degree and be qualified to diploma-level of a nationally recognised, professional accountancy body (CCAB), or have demonstrable equivalent experience. Experience of working in the NHS or equivalent large, complex organisation is essential, as are excellent communication, planning and IT skills. The ability to work proactively and use your initiative to deliver to strict timelines while managing multiple demands is essential.
