An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Administration Assistant to support the HR department in providing a fully comprehensive advisory service within NHS Golden Jubilee.

You will be a central point of contact to provide a full range of HR administration and support to department managers and employees of NHS Golden Jubilee, providing advice and assistance to department managers. staff, and staff side representatives across the organisation on a range of HR issues.

The successful candidate have an S/NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and will have practical experience in providing advice and support within a busy HR environment, preferably within a large public sector organisation

You will also have experience of working with a range of HR systems and procedures and competent in extracting information from such systems. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn, alongside a positive approach and the ability to work effectively within a busy environment.
