Specialist Occupational Therapist Band 6
Older Peoples Community Mental Health Team
This fixed term (8 months) 0.8wte post will be based at St John’s Hospital, Livingston in the Older Peoples CMHT.
We are seeking an experienced, organised and driven Occupational Therapist to join this established team on a temporary basis to cover a period of Maternity leave.
Experience and skills in this clinical area would be an advantage together with evidence of excellent team working and communication skills. You will be expected to provide Occupational Therapy Home Based Memory Rehabilitation together with other core Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions. Training and support in HBMR will be provided if required.
You will have the support of the multidisciplinary team together with professional links to the wider West Lothian Occupational Therapy team. You will report to the Occupational Therapy Manager and OPCMHT Team Lead.
