Migdale Hospital is situated in the heart of the stunningly beautiful county of Sutherland in the North East Highlands of Scotland.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our great team here at Migdale Hospital, and if you are dynamic, flexible and motivated to providing great person centred care, we would love to hear from you.

As a Community Hospital Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a person centred approach to care-giving with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team being essential
You will need to be able to work within NHS Highland’s policies and procedures and within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. Applicants should have a valid UK NMC Registration.
These are permanent full or part-time posts, working a rotational contract in accordance with service requirements.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
