Part time post, 29.7 hours per week on a Fixed Term / Secondment basis for 12 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an orthotics booking coordinator to join the administration team of the Orthotics Service at Raigmore Hospital.
The post involves working alongside 2 other admin team members to provide administration support to the Orthotics Service which provides out patient and in patient services to patients across NHSH and NHSWI, including remote and rural areas.
The postholder will be expected to provide a high class service delivery to all patients utilising the NHS Orthotics service to enable the timely planning and delivery of orthoses, to provide a full efficient and effective patient booking service. To enter all patient data with a high degree of accuracy onto the relevant systems and databases. The postholder may also provide administrative cover in the Prosthetics Service or wheelchair services, during periods of temporary staff absence.
The post holder must work well within a team environment.
