Community Healthcare Support Worker (Ref: 10620)
Scalloway Health Centre
Part Time – 12½ hours per week
Fixed term until 31st March 2020 with possibility of extension
Band 3 - Salary Range £19,945 - £21,947 per annum (pro rata)
This post is based across NHS Shetland Health Board Community Nursing provided services
We’re looking for an experienced Health Care Support Worker keen to support the Health Board provided General Practice and Community Nursing service as part of the nursing team based in Scalloway Health Centre.
Ideally you should have at least six month’s experience as a Health Care Support Worker and we would welcome any experience of working in a community setting, although this is not essential.
We are happy to consider candidates already working part-time as a Health Care Support Worker who are interested in additional working hours and the opportunity to gain experience in the community setting
This contract is for a fixed-term until 31st March 2020 with the possibility of further extensions. The reason for the fixed-term contract is secondment cover.
