A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our Children and Young People’s Continence Team in Fife as we are looking for a Nurse Specialist in bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Our small, friendly Continence Team are seeking an experienced nurse who is dedicated to providing a high standard of compassionate care. The post holder will be committed to ensuring their patients have a positive patient experience. They will be responsible for promoting continence and providing specialist assessment and interventions enabling treatment and management packages of care, for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction. 

If you have these skills and are dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing whilst being energetic and innovative this could be the post for you.

You must be a registered nurse with experience of working with children and young people with bladder and bowel dysfunction or a related specialism. Previous experience of working within a community setting would be advantageous. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a multiagency team. 

You will be given all appropriate training required to undertake this role and benefit from working alongside a team of knowledgeable, experienced staff and given the opportunity for ongoing professional development. We work closely with all our partners across Health & Social care, 3rd Sector as well as Education.
