An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced community nurse to join the community nursing team in the North Locality, with expectation that you will support the Trainee District Nurse with leadership of the team and management of the caseload to deliver safe,effective , patient centred care to each patient.
You will support by leading the implementation of change and improvement within your team and support the locality team in the delivery of PKHSCP and NHS Tayside’s vision and values.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multi disciplinary working with the ability to adapt and manage change within the service is essential.
You will be based in Pitlochry, but will be required to work flexibly across the North Locality to meet service needs.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
