An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Rheumatology/General Medical Ward.
The ward has 24 inpatient bed and we also have a Medical Day Unit area which delivers out-patient care to a variety of patients that can be managed as outpatients in a safe and effective manner.
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to demonstrate safe effective patient care meeting the clinical, corporate and staff governance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential. You will deliver individualised person centred care and ensure patient safety at all times.
You will work as part of the team, demonstrating a positive “can do” attitude, commitment, dedication, flexibility and reliability in delivering a high quality service.
Hours: 34.50 per week
