We are seeking an enthusiastic and well motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our established and supportive Acute Sector Adult Team.

The post-holder will work with adults presenting with a range of acquired speech, language, communication and / or eating, drinking and swallowing problems across a broad spectrum of specialties within the acute setting. This will involve rotations into different teams within the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary Speech and Language Therapy service.

The service has regular meetings and CPD sessions and a mentor system is in operation. Support and supervision will be available from senior specialist colleagues.

It is very desirable that candidates have experience in assessing and managing dysphagia, but full training and supervision will be made available if necessary.

We aim to hold interviews in early January 2023, with a specific date to be confirmed.
