Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.
This post is for 25 hours per week and the shift pattern is 12:30 – 17:30 Mon-Fri
This includes:
- Deliver a catering service to patients and to functions within the hospital.
- Cleaning and wash-up of all equipment, machinery, and crockery associated with catering services.
- Comply with Food Hygiene Regulations with regard to food service.
- Comply with HACCP system in relation to equipment cleaning and department cleanliness.
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and adhere to manual handling follow/risk assessment & fire safety training.
- Report faulty equipment.
- Record keeping associated with catering services, e.g., HACCP al')d temperature control, receipt and storage of- supplies.
- Store goods correctly and use stock on a rotational basis.
- Comply with all statutory and Sector procedures.
