Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

This post is for 25 hours per week and the shift pattern is 12:30 – 17:30 Mon-Fri

This includes:

      • Deliver a catering service to patients and to functions within the hospital.
      • Cleaning and wash-up of all equipment, machinery, and crockery associated with catering services.
      • Comply with Food Hygiene Regulations with regard to food service.
      • Comply with HACCP system in relation to equipment cleaning and department cleanliness.
      • Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
      • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and adhere to manual handling follow/risk assessment & fire safety training.
      • Report faulty equipment.
      • Record keeping associated with catering services, e.g., HACCP al')d temperature control, receipt and storage of- supplies.
      • Store goods correctly and use stock on a rotational basis.
      • Comply with all statutory and Sector procedures.
