Clinical Development Fellow in Paediatric Emergency Medicine

This is an opportunity to work in the Paediatric Emergency Department of the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow which sees over 70,000 children and young people per year.

These established Clinical Development Fellow posts are suitable for candidates from a range of backgrounds and experience. Posts would be equally suited to both experienced Paediatric or Emergency Medicine trainees seeking specialist experience in the field of Paediatric Emergency Medicine (OOP or post-CCT), or for ST1+ trainees who are considering embarking on a career in either of these specialties in the future. Working pattern and responsibilities would be tailored to the needs of the successful candidate with dedicated non clinical time incorporated into the rota. ​​​​​​​

Applicants must have full GMC registration and a licence to practice.

The appointee will see patients in all areas of the Paediatric ED, including Majors/Minors/Resus.
