Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Scottish Inherited Metabolic Disorders Service (SIMDS)? This innovative service is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic paediatric Dietitian with an interest in inherited metabolic disorders (IMD). 

The successful applicant will be a respected member of the multidisciplinary team providing care to infants, children and adults with IMD. With two designated centres in Glasgow and Edinburgh, SIMDS delivers a comprehensive, high quality and effective service across Scotland. You will be part of a growing team of IMD Dietetic team providing highly specialist advice, education and support.

Applicants will have a BSc in Dietetics or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and have post graduate training in paediatric Dietetics.

There will be opportunities to supervise and support junior members of staff and participate in student training (A, B and C placements).

Your training and development will be supported with competencies, appraisals, peer support and training opportunities both internally and externally.
