We are looking for a collaborative and pro-active individual to lead on the delivery of the Midlothian HSCP Workforce Plan and support services deliver on the IJB Strategic Commissioning Plan.  The postholder will work with Senior Managers, Service Managers, Programme Managers and Team Leads to support HSCP workforce governance, deliver on the HSPC workforce plan, and inform the development of service level workforce planning and modelling, succession planning, apprenticeships, and employability. 

The postholder will also provide strategic leadership, support integration and transformation programmes and initiatives, and ensure that the HSPC workforce strategy is reflective of the system wide health and social care workforce position.

You will be joining a team that has a strong culture of support, compassion, listening and learning. Each day will be different and there are lots of learning opportunities.  You will have experience in HR, L&D, OD, business or have experience in workforce planning and modelling where your skills and experience can be applied into this role.
