This is a part-time position for a fixed-term of two years.

 (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

The shift pattern for this post is 2 days per week – worked between Monday - Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Clinical Governance Support Unit to provide administrative support to a small team which leads the person-centred care work objectives of the Healthcare Quality Strategy which includes hospital visiting, virtual visiting, and person-centred care planning as well as other general clinical governance duties.

The role will require you to provide a range of administrative support tasks including organising meetings/events, diary management, minute taking, prepare professional responses to internal and external enquiries as required and liaise with senior managers, health and social care professionals and other colleagues.

Applicants should be proficient in use of MS Office and have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, along with good time management. You should be enthusiastic and a strongly motivated team worker, with a desire to provide an excellent and accurate service.

Ideally you should be educated to HNC level (or able to demonstrate equivalent ability/experience). Experience of working in a health related, patient focused, working environment would be an advantage. Relevant training will be provided to the successful candidate. ​​​​​​​
