Working within the Digital Services Hardware Support Team (Based in Ailsa Hospital). As a Team Member you will provide support to the Hardware Replacement Programme across NHS Ayrshire and Arran. You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of Desktop Hardware systems
by replacing equipment efficiently, ensuring availability of equipment and excellent communication skills.
An HND or equivalent experience in computing is essential, as is experience supporting Desktop Hardware and Software. Extensive knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products is also essential.
This is a fixed term/secondment opportunity for 2 years.
Hours: 37.5 per week over 5 days.
A car driver is essential for this post.
This is a Band 5 post.
