An opportunity as arisen for a number of highly driven, motivated, dynamic and dedicated Band 5 Staff Nurses to join the team within Station 10 at University Hospital Ayr. Station 10 is a general medical ward.
You will be a registered nurse with current NMC registration. Previous experience in a caring environment is essential.  You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate well with members of the multidisciplinary team.  
You will be flexible to shift patterns and your focus will be in providing safe, effective and person centred care of the highest standard.
You will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, be a motivated individual who is willing to undertake training to develop new skills. You will be required to use your own initiative whilst working as a member of the multidisciplinary team. 
Under guidance and supervision and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team you will be involved in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care working within the professional standards held in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct

There are various posts/ hours available to be worked in a rotational shift pattern.
