An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop and take forward workforce transformation within Aberdeenshire HSCP in line with our Strategic Delivery Plan, Workforce Plan and Medium Term Finance Plan.
The post is offered on a 2 year secondment or fixed term basis.
We are looking for a candidate with significant knowledge, skills and experience in project management, strategic development or workforce planning. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers, operational managers and clinicians across Aberdeenshire on a range of project areas.
The Programme Manager will further develop and take forward the Aberdeenshire workforce delivery plan, roll out the 6 steps workforce tool and support a range of Change Projects.
