To support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Health Records service to patients in a ward environment. To ensure patient’s health records are administered and processed accurately and remain confidential. You will provide cover in multiple wards as and when required. The post holder will be expected to undertake all duties such as reception of patients, answering telephone, appointment booking and maintaining demographic information on the patient management system. It is essential that the candidate has previous clerical/reception experience along with experience of working with the general public in a customer service environment and Good organisational, keyboard and communication skills are essential along with being proficient in the use of computer systems. There is various posts avaiable there are all permanent posts. Please indicate on your application what post you are applying for.

Post 1 - Monday to Friday 8am to 12PM ( 20 hours)

Post 2 -  Monday to Friday  8am to 4pm ( 37.50 hours)

Post 3  Monday to Friday  8.45am to 5pm ( 37.50 hours)

Post  4  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.15pm (18.75 hours)
