PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST BAND 5 (Rotational)

Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow.

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK  - Fixed Term or Secondment 1 year

The Paediatric Physiotherapy Team are looking for a HCPC registered physiotherapist who in interested in pursuing a career in paediatrics to come and join our team. We are a forward thinking, dynamic service that delivers rehabilitation services across all the services provided at the Royal Hospital for Children Glasgow encompassing orthopaedics / musculoskeletal, neurology and respiratory. We work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care. We also have close links with Community Paediatric Services. You are an adaptable, enthusiastic team-player with excellent communication and decision making skills and an extensive knowledge of Disney characters, super-heroes, nursery rhymes and children’s TV shows.

As a service, we support all team members to develop their knowledge and skills through Continuous Professional Development in line with your Personal Development Plan and are committed to life-long learning.

Overnight and weekend on-call is a requirement of the post and individualised training and support is offered to support this.
