The hours of this post are contracted 37.5hrs worked within a shift pattern during the hours of 8am-8pm, across a 7 day week). The shift pattern can change and will be agreed dependent on service needs. The current shift pattern will be 8.30am-5pm (Mon - Fri). You will provide an efficient reception and administration support service within the Radiology Department, performing a range of administration duties, updating the Radiology computer system (CRIS), and liaising with patients, medical staff, GPs and other clerical support staff in an efficient and professional manner. You should have proficient keyboard and computer skills, including e-mail. Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
