Our Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen. This post can be based in one of our West Regional Centres (Hillington, Cardonald or Clydebank), NHS 24 also supports hybrid working.


This Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor 

NHS 24 are excited to be introducing the new role of Talent Acquisition Advisor into the organisation. We are on a new journey, moving from traditional candidate sourcing to directly sourcing candidates through use of networks, partnerships and creating talent pools. 

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team to work alongside, and compliment, the current team in driving forward recruitment and retention. 

Working with the new Talent Acquisition Manager you will provide advice and support to hiring managers on attracting and recruiting talent in the market, apply sourcing best practices and translating recruiting concept to practical application to support the business.
