This is an excellent career opportunity to gain and develop experience in a range of Medical Staffing HR issues. Based within the Medical Staffing team at Ninewells Hospital, this position will suit those who enjoy the challenge of working in a fast moving environment.
You will provide day to day professional advice and support to all grades of Medical & Dental staff and Service Managers relating to terms and conditions of service, process the onboarding of doctors in training through the Turas system and deal with a range of payroll issues for Medical & Dental staff including the processing of maternity/paternity leave applications and retirals.
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), you must be flexible and organised with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. You will need to be able to work reliably, managing your own workload, whilst still being a member of a team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an HR or Medical & Dental service admin environment.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
