We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our community ANP team. As an ANP you will work within East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, to promote early discharge to a homely setting; respond to existing or potential new ill health issues in the person’s home/homely setting; contribute to a reduction in unplanned acute hospital admissions and work within East Ayrshire Community Hospital to support care delivery by providing a variety of advanced practice care.
You must be registered nurse, a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a post grad qualification or equivalent in Advanced Practice or be able to evidence working at Advanced Practice Masters level. You will also have experience within an appropriate clinical environment and demonstrate experience of teaching/education of others.
Post can be full time or part time hours and days of working will be flexible across seven days.
