Due to retirement we are delighted to advertise the post of Associate Director in the Quality Improvement and Assurance Team. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and inspirational leader to undertake the role.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who has experience of strategic planning, improvement and change management, and extensive clinical and care governance experience which will be evidenced through a demonstrable track record of delivering continuous quality improvement, assurance and performance.
This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to lead with a vision and culture of quality and safety across NHS Grampian. The post holder will manage the Feedback and Complaints team, the Quality Improvement and Assurance team and the corporate Risk Management Advisor.
The successful candidate should have extensive clinical experience covering a range of subject areas such as quality and safety improvement, risk management and assurance. The post holder will have extensive knowledge of clinical governance and its effective implementation. This is an exciting time to take up this influential role as there are significant drivers that will lead to change in how services are delivered including NHS Grampian Plan for the Future.
