An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Band 4 Associate Practice Educator within the Integrated Practice Education Team. This post will support the education and development of the Clinical Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) workforce within the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership (ACHSCP).
The post-holder will be part of the divisional team, led by a Lead Practice Educator, who together with other members of the Practice Education team, will be responsible for supporting planning and delivering a range of education and training programmes for HCSWs. The post holder will be linked primarily with Community Teams across Aberdeen City, based at the Practice Education Hub within Woodend Hospital.
The successful applicant will be an innovative and motivated HCSW who has some experience of providing education and training to others, however, full support will be available to undertake any additional education and training related to the post. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced HCSW who has the skills and ambition to develop their career within a Practice Education role.
