Salary - £50,965 - £55,016 (pending pay review)

Hours of work – 37.5 hours

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and experienced Physiotherapist to provide specialist clinical input, operational management and professional governance for Physiotherapists in Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership. The post holder will operationally and clinically lead the GP Advanced Practitioner Service (APP) and the MSK Service, contribute to the strategic leadership of services involving Physiotherapists and have professional responsibility for Physiotherapy clinical practice across all service areas within the partnership.

We are looking for an individual who has considerable clinical experience in the one or more areas of practice, experience of managing and leading teams, and service improvement. The post requires a forward-thinking and innovative individual with a flexible approach to maximise opportunities to develop services involving Physiotherapists within Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership.

It is essential you have an appropriate qualification in Physiotherapy with relevant post graduate qualifications/MSc and current HCPC registration. You should also have excellent communication skills and evidence of interpreting national and organisational policies and applying these to set local standards, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice within a challenging and evolving health and social care system.
