To support ongoing activity around Advanced Practice and Independent Prescribing in NHS Fife, an exciting opportunity to join the Practice and Professional Development team as a Lead Facilitator has arisen.
You will support the Senior Practitioner (PPD) Advanced Practice by providing effective leadership and influence, and will contribute to the strategic direction and development of Advanced Practice across Fife.
You will be a Registered Allied Health Professional or Nurse, educated to post-graduate degree level and have experience of working in an Advanced Practice role and as an independent prescriber. You will be able to evidence well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills, and also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills that will support Advanced Practitioners and independent prescribers across Fife. You will be expected to work collaboratively within the team and across key stakeholders; mapping needs, issues and problems to inform engagement and communications and will have knowledge of the wider Advanced Practice landscape.
This 22.5 hour per week post is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis until August 2024 and we would welcome discussion regarding job share. If applicable, please state on your application what your desired hours/contract arrangements would be.
