Staff within our service work a mix of day and night shifts supporting the specific needs of our children in homes across a number of Health Board Areas and we support children throughout Greater Glasgow, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, and Forth Valley and the list is growing to cover other areas.

Candidates must have access to their own transport (Car/Motorbike) and will work to rota of nights and days.  Rotas are 6 weeks in advance and on average staff work 3 weeks on night shift and 1 week on day shift over a 4 week period however this can vary depending on the needs to of the child.

Following completion of your training as a minimum you will be responsible for tasks including;

  • ventilator care,
  • active observations,
