Band 6 OT – Glasgow Stroke
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Glasgow Stroke OT service for an OT who is looking to specialize in stroke. This team are highly motivated and supportive. The post holder will provide direct clinical care with a highly complex caseload incorporating patient assessment, treatment and discharge from care, within the in-patient Stroke service. Complex discharge planning skills are a key requirement to enable timely and safe discharges from the ward. The role will include evaluation, audit projects, staff / student supervision / induction and providing expert advice on OT interventions. It is essential that you have a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and that you are currently registered with the HCPC.
