Due to being granted extra funding in Older Adult Community, an exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 x Band 5 Nurses to work within the Aberdeen City Community Mental Health Teams within the Older Adult Service on a temporary basis for 11 months initially.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled practitioner who possesses good assessment skills, ability to work as part of a team and be able to work effectively from home as well as at base. You will have good communication skills and experience of multi agency working. You should preferably have experience working with Older Adults with Functional and Organic illness.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of Band 6 members of staff. You should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a car driver/owner.
