This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to become a valued member of the Paediatric Psychology and Liaison Service (PPALS) within the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (RHCYP).

PPALS provide assessment, treatment and care to children, young people and their parents/carers under the care of paediatric medical specialties on an in-patient and out-patient basis across NHS Lothian.

The postholder will provide highly specialist psychological assessment and formulation-based individual- and group- interventions across a range of psychological presentations in paediatric health psychology.  They will also deliver clinical supervision, consultation and a collaborative role across services involved in the continuity of psychological care.

We invite applications from across the spectrum of clinical psychology backgrounds, with additional training and support relevant to this role to be provided for the successful candidate.
