An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse who will support the community nursing service in the delivery of the highest quality of health care and will be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions as appropriate. The post holder will ensure a person-centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy. The post holder will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers and other agencies. You will Contribute to the development of local policies and guidelines and promote effective health improvement in a community setting.
Knowledge, Training And Or Experience Required To Do Job
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using their own initiative
- Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of basic information technology
A full Valid Driving Licence is Required for the post
