An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bank Health Care Support worker (HCSW) to work with children and families in the Children outpatient department at DGRI.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HCSW to develop their skills and knowledge in caring for children. You work closely with families and colleagues in the NHS within a variety of Community and Health Care settings. The successful candidate will be offered buddying and support for the skills required to fufil the role and in return NHS Dumfries and Galloway offer the opportunity for career progression and educational development.
The main hub is located within The Willows Children Young People & Family Centre in Dumfries, which is a base for all community specialities. However your main base will be the Children’s Outpatient department working closely with acute staff and administration colleagues.Multidisciplinary working is part of everyday work and we will support you to develop your career here with us in Dumfries and Galloway NHS.
