Corporate Services within Fife Health and Social Care Partnership provides a range of services to ensure appropriate governance and support is in place for both the IJB and the Chief Officer. The HSCP Communication team also sits within this service with a direct reporting line to the  post holder. We are looking for a proactive and creative individual that ensures effective communication  is a priority for the HSCP that meets the needs of our colleagues and the communities we serve across Fife.  This is a growing service,  currently comprising a team of  3 communication advisors  and 2 management and administration staff, providing a wide range of  support functions to the IJB and Chief Officer.  We are looking for an experienced Head of Service who has a’ can do’ attitude and is highly organised with an innovative approach to delivery and a strong, dynamic and confident individual who is able to grow, build and maintain relationships with IJB members, partners, service leads and teams across Fife HSCP. 
High levels of customer service are a must alongside attention to detail. You will be able to juggle competing priorities and have a positive outlook in an environment of constant change.
This post is a 6 months fixed term contract open to applicants from both NHS Fife as well as Fife Council and is available on either NHS or Fife Council Terms and Conditions as a secondment opportunity. 

The Fife Council grade/salary is  FC10 £48,373.97 - £52,897.89 with the successful candidate remaining on their existing Fife Council terms and conditions for the duration of the contract.
