The Highland Breast Centre hosts the North of Scotland Breast Screening Service and is the NHS Highland Centre for assessing, diagnosing and treating symptomatic patients.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and manage the Radiography staff within the Centre.

The successful candidate could be an individual with Advanced Practice in any of the sub specialities interests - Interventional Breast Biopsy, Image interpretation or Client examination & Client communication, in which case the higher banding will be available.

The successful applicant will be required to travel extensively throughout the area, working on the mobile unit, as well as working in the integrated Highland Breast Centre.

Previous management experience would be desirable but not vital. A willingness to learn and enthusiasm to support a small, extremely busy department is essential.

A full driving licence is required and access to a car for mobile work is desirable.
