Kitchen Porter – Bank – shift pattern between 7.00am – 8.00pm.
This is a physical role as the successful candidate is required to put deliveries away when they arrive, checking off with the invoices to ensure everything is correct.
Washing down equipment in the kitchen in line with H&S requirements.
Washing floors daily and as and when required.
Washing heavy equipment used by production staff.
A Food Hygiene certificate is preferred as is experience of working in the NHS.
Experience in the same or a similar role preferred.
A small amount of food preparation is part of role together with some limited cooking.
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times in line with H&S requirements.
Able to use floor washing machines on a regular basis.
