Job Title: Practice Manager

Hours: Up to 22.5 hrs per week.

Location: An Caorann Medical Practice, Portsoy & Aberchirder.

Salary: Band 6 Fixed Term

Are you a self-motivated, autonomous individual with excellent communication and leadership skills who would be interested in the Practice Management position at An Caorann Medical Practice with an opportunity to undertake sessions with the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership Primary Care team? 


You will provide personal team leadership and facilitate partnership working to achieve the best possible health and care outcomes. This will require leadership in relation to redesign of services to deliver against the needs of the primary care implementation plan, new General Medical Services Contract supporting the Strategic Vision of the Health and Social Care Partnership.

You will be based in An Caorann but may be required to work more broadly across Aberdeenshire at times as workload demands. Change management, organisational, facilitation and interpersonal skills are essential to this post with the ability to travel across Aberdeenshire depending on workload
