Earnings £30,000 - £32,000 (Includes a recruitment and Retention Premia and on-call payment)
The post holder will be required to work as part of a flexible maintenance team responsible, through the line Management Structure of Team Leader to Estates Operations Office, Sector Manager and Area Manager Hard FM.
