This is a Fixed term post ​​​​​​​for 2 years

The post holder will work directly with other similarly digitally dedicated staff within a small team to maximise the benefits to the board of its digital tools and expertise, including but not exclusively Microsoft Office 365
Specifically, this post holder will have the remit to improve the “digital literacy” of the board, creating a network of ‘champions’ to provide peer support and knowledge exchange; engaging with other partners within and out with the board with other similar ‘digital’ staff to create a cohesive plan for the improvement of digital skills within the board; working with eHealth clinical leads to create re-usable tools, guidance and support for clinical teams within the board.
Finally, the postholder will create a business case and plan for the improvement of digital literacy within the board in the long term.
This postholder will have excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time management skills. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 would be a benefit though this post holder will have access to others with expertise in this specific area.
This postholder should be educated to degree level, preferably a degree or postgraduate qualification in information and library studies/sciences though other demonstrably relevant qualifications will be considered. The postholder should also have work experience in a healthcare or related environment at a senior level.
